Defender Dean Moxey has recovered from a hamstring injury in time to be in the Crystal Palace squad for their Premier League clash against Newcastle.

The 27-year-old missed the defeat at Chelsea but is back in contention but manager Tony Pulis will have to give late fitness tests to midfield duo Stuart O'Keefe and Kagisho Dikgacoi who both have small muscular complaints.

Jack Hunt, Glenn Murray, Jerome Thomas and Adlene Guedioura and Jonny Williams are all definite absentees.

France midfielder Yohan Cabaye will return to the Newcastle squad for the trip to London.

The 27-year-old missed the 1-1 draw with Southampton through suspension after collecting his fifth booking of the season at Manchester United the previous weekend.

As a result, manager Alan Pardew will have a more or less full complement from which to choose with no fresh injury concerns having arisen.
