Andy Carroll will again be in the West Ham squad to face his former side Newcastle after the England striker came through an 18-minute cameo in the win at Cardiff last weekend.
It was Carroll's first appearance of the season following a foot injury but he could play from the start against the Magpies, while defender James Collins and forward Ricardo Vaz Te are also in contention.
Guy Demel (concussion) and Winston Reid (ankle) will not feature, with James Tomkins and skipper Kevin Nolan also missing out through suspension.
Newcastle boss Alan Pardew has no fresh injury problems ahead of the trip to West Ham.
Full-back Mathieu Debuchy completes his three-match ban, while skipper Fabricio Coloccini continues his recovery from a knee problem.
Midfielder Jonas Gutierrez will also not be involved having left the club to spend the rest of the season on loan at Norwich.
