QPR have signed full-back Jack Robinson from Liverpool and immediately loaned him out to Huddersfield.
The 20-year-old England Under-21 international has penned a four-year deal with Rangers, but will spend the first of them with Championship side Huddersfield.
The Football League is familiar territory for Robinson, who has spent time with Wolves and Blackpool over recent years.
Robinson has made 11 appearances for Liverpool but, with manager Brendan Rodgers having numerous full-back options, he has decided to move on.
"Jack is one for the future. He's a good young player," Redknapp said.
"He'll continue his development at Huddersfield this season in the Championship, where I'm sure he'll do well."

Fulham owner Shahid Khan has given his backing to under-fire manager Felix Magath and says the German is the "ideal" man to lead them back to the Premier League.
The Cottagers' promotion bid has not got off to the best of starts, with fans calling for Magath to be sacked after four straight defeats left them rooted to the foot of the Championship.

We chose Felix as we wanted -somebody with experience of dealing with the threat of relegation.
Even then, we knew we might not be successful and if, God forbid, the worst happened how would we deal with it.
We knew the Championship was more physical. You've got to have a Plan A (to avoid relegation) and a Plan B (for promotion). Felix was the ideal person to execute both plans.
Brighton have signed Aston Villa midfielder Gary Gardner on loan until January.
The 22-year-old is in line to make his Seagulls debut in their Capital One Cup second round game at Swindon on Tuesday night after completing a medical.
