The UEFA Champions League returns on ITV1, ITV1HD and ITV.com with Arsenal, Chelsea and Barcelona in action

The UEFA Champions League returns to ITV1 and ITV.com/football in the coming weeks, kicking off with a mouth-watering clash between Arsenal and AC Milan on Wednesday night.

Chelsea, Barcelona, Napoli, Inter Milan, Marseille and Bayer Leverkusen will also be in action on ITV channels as the top teams in Europe battle for a place in the quarter-finals, dreaming of a place in the Munich final on 19th May.

ITV Sport are showing four Round of 16 matches live (all on ITV1, ITV1HD and ITV.com, 7.45pm kick-offs):

Wednesday 15th February: AC Milan v Arsenal

Wednesday 22nd February: Marseille v Inter Milan

Wednesday 7th March: Barcelona v Bayer Leverkusen

Wednesday 14th March: Chelsea v Napoli

Arsenal will meet seven-time European champions AC Milan, probably the toughest available draw, while Andre Villas-Boas's Chelsea face a difficult task against Napoli who progressed from Group A at the expense of Premier League leaders Manchester City.

The holders Barcelona will face Bayer Leverkusen - watch Lionel Messi and co. in action on Wednesday 7th March. Elsewhere, Jose Mourinho's Real Madrid face a demanding meeting with CSKA Moscow.

The draw for the quarter-finals and semi-finals will be held on 16th March and the tournament concludes at the Football Arena Munich on 19th May.
