Everyone loves a cliche. But this one reflected the nature of the game. The Poles were quick out of the traps, feeding off a frenzied atmosphere in Warsaw, and the Greeks had no response. After the break it was absolute role reversal, with the Greeks pressing hard and almost - almost - winning.
