A Chinese man was detained at a League One football match by investigators probing an alleged overseas betting syndicate fraud.
He was held during the Coventry City v Crawley Town match at Sixfields Stadium in Northampton yesterday, which ended in a 2-2 draw.
Sussex Police said the man was not arrested but was spoken to by the FA Fraud unit in relation to an alleged overseas betting syndicate fraud.
