Paulo Sousa is refusing to get carried away despite seeing his Swansea side move to within four points of the automatic promotion places in the Championship.
Swans saw off Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough to record their fourth win on the road this term and jump up to fifth in the table.
"We want to do things our way," said Sousa. "We want to be better and better and be competitive and fighting for the three points."
He added: "We are very consistent but we know we can improve.
"It is important to win. They started well but we showed the responsibility and the personality I want to see.
"I am delighted because we know how to score and how to win and I am happy with the three points."
