Four minutes: It does not take long for the pair to combine. Gareth Barry sends Gabriel Agbonlahor through and the Aston Villa forward squares for Peter Crouch to bundle in the opening goal.

12: Crouch wins a header for Agbonlahor, who lays the ball back and tries to jump over the ball as the Tottenham striker shoots. Crouch felt he was fouled by an opponent.

19: Crouch flicks a header on for Agbonlahor, with Aaron Lennon eventually swinging a cross over that causes Belarus problems.

48: Crouch flicks on for his strike partner, who is fouled and earns England an opportunity on goal from the resulting free-kick.

65: Crouch tries to released Agbonlahor over the top but his floated pass is cut out.

66: England boss Fabio Capello breaks up the partnership by taking off Agbonlahor and bringing on Carlton Cole.
