Leeds midfielder Robert Snodgrass rates the weekend win at Brighton as one of the Yorkshire side's best displays of the season.

Simon Grayson's leaders won their fifth successive match in all competitions and the three unanswered goals they scored at the Withdean Stadium took their tally to 11 in their last three league games.

Snodgrass, who put Leeds on their way with a 27th-minute opener, said: "It was tough to play at Brighton. But we focused on ourselves and our finishing was clinical."

He added: "A performance like this will take us a long way. We had questions asked of us and we dealt with it.

"It's not easy to stay at the top of the league. It's only November and we need to kick on from here.

"You need to turn it on in games like this and this has to be up there in terms of our best performance."
