Birmingham move for McLean on loan

Birmingham boss Lee Clark has added to his attacking options with the signing of Hull striker Aaron McLean on an emergency loan until January 1.

The 30-year-old played 21 times as the Tigers won promotion to the Premier League but has found games hard to come by this term, making just one league appearance.

Striker Marlon King has left Birmingham by mutual consent, the club have announced.

The former Coventry man has been allowed to leave, as the Championship try to reduce their wage budget.
