Blackburn, Leeds and Nottingham Forest will all have a transfer ban for the January window
Blackburn live updates
The trial of former Blackburn forward Colin Kazim-Richards, accused of making a homophobic gesture at a match while playing against one of his previous clubs, has been postponed.
Kazim-Richards, 27, allegedly made a gesture to the crowd during Blackburn's Championship match against Brighton and Hove Albion at the Amex Stadium on February 12 last year.
Kazim-Richards, who now plays for Turkish club Bursaspor, is charged with one count of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour, within the sight or hearing of a person, likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
Blackburn have signed highly-rated teenager Connor Mahoney from League Two neighbours Accrington.
The two Lancashire clubs have agreed a compensation package under the Elite Player Performance Plan for the 16-year-old, who broke into the Stanley first team this year.
