MK Dons midfielder Jimmy Bullard has called time on his playing career at the age of 33.
The former Wigan and Fulham player has suffered two cruciate knee ligament injuries during his career and made the decision after seeing a specialist.
"My old knee injury has never allowed me to get back to where I want to be as a football player," said Bullard.
He will forever be remembered for his goal celebration mocking his then manager at Hull City Phil Brown after the infamous half-time team talk on the pitch (pictured below).
