England have maintained their position in the top 10 of FIFA's latest world rankings.

Roy Hodgson's side remain in seventh spot after a month of limited international football showed very few changes to the rankings.

All the top 10 spots remain the same, with Spain top ahead of Germany, while the Republic of Ireland (39th place), Wales (49th) and Northern Ireland (119th) are also unchanged.

Scotland however have dropped a place to joint 78th after being leapfroggred by Senegal.

Northern Ireland have called up Corry Evans for Tuesday's World Cup qualifier against Israel.

Evans had been left out of the original squad after suffering a quad injury during Hull's pre-match warm-up against Crystal Palace earlier this month.

However, he has now been added to Michael O'Neill's party after passing a fitness test.
