Kamara speaks of Stoke rejection

I had some good training sessions in my 10 days at Stoke and was able to play one of my [practice] games with Michael Owen up front. I felt like I could have fitted in because I was more of an aerial threat but it didn't work out.

Everybody has a different opinion and there's no bad blood, no disrespect to the coaching staff over there.

Hughton sounds warning over Twitter

Norwich manager Chris Hughton has warned footballers to be wary of social media after defender Ryan Bennett fell foul of his Twitter account.

It is an issue which is being dealt with by the FA but it's a reminder to those who decide to go on Twitter that when somebody like Ryan Bennett, who is a smashing lad, can have a charge pending then it can happen to anybody.

If there needs to be a warning to anybody then it's there.

Bennett charged over tweets

Norwich defender Ryan Bennett has been charged with misconduct by the Football Association over comments made on Twitter.

The Barclays Premier League club last night issued a statement saying the England Under-21 international had been the "subject of internal disciplinary procedures" in wake of the posts, which have now resulted in formal action from the governing body.

In a statement, the FA said: "Ryan Bennett has breached FA Rule E3 - use of abusive and/or insulting and/or threatening words in comments posted on a Twitter account.His Twitter page has been closed down.
