"For me it is an honour [to sign for PSG]. I know that PSG is a great club and they are on the right path to win titles. The goal is to win titles," Van der Wiel said on his arrival.

"Paris is trying to build something great. Great players come here. In the Netherlands, PSG is known as a great club."
