Spurs and Chelsea target close to sealing move to Anzhi

After reports earlier that Shakhtar Donetsk had rejected a £29million bid from Anzhi for midfielder Willian, it now appears the Ukrainian club have had a change of heart. That will frustrate Tottenham and Chelsea, who were reportedly lying in wait for the Brazil international.
