Manchester United announce Hong Kong pre-season friendly

Man Utd will end their 2013 summer tour in Hong Kong.

The club confirmed that they will return to Hong Kong for the first time since 2005 for a fixture against Kitchee FC on July 29.

United have already announced a six-day training camp in Sydney, and a game against an A-League outfit on July 20.

The club has tremendous support throughout China and especially in Hong Kong.

We have visited on a number of occasions and after an eight-year gap it's a pleasure for the team to be able to return to Hong Kong again this year.

– Man Utd chief executive David Gill.
