New Blackburn boss talks stability

Blackburn boss Gary Bowyer has said victories on the pitch will bring stability to the Lancashire club after the farce of last season's managerial changes.

Speaking at the first press conference after his permanent appointment, he said continued effort by his players will see fans get behind the team.

Bowyer, who was one of five Blackburn bosses last season, kept Rovers in the Championship and said he is "very confident" about the future of the club.
