The Lega Calcio has fined Inter Milan 15,000 euros and ordered them to close a section of San Siro for their next Serie A home game after their fans were found to have racially abused two Juventus players at the weekend.

Juve's Paul Pogba and Kwadwo Asamoah were reportedly the targets of chants which emanated from the second tier of the 'curva nord' in Saturday's 1-1 draw.

The disciplinary arm of the Lega Calcio also took into consideration Inter fans directing a laser beam towards the referee and Juve players as well as an insulting banner against Bianconeri boss Antonio Conte when delivering their verdict.

It means one end of Inter's home ground will be without spectators when they host Fiorentina on September 26.
