Tony Pulis wants grafters at Crystal Palace

Tony Pulis is chasing players who will roll their sleeves up and work hard for Crystal Palace in this month's winter transfer window as he bids to mastermind Premier League survival.

Palace now sit in 18th place in the standings ahead of Saturday's match at Tottenham.

The important thing at this football club is that we bring players in who have got something to prove.

I don't want to be bringing in players who just want to jog through six months. We need people who are going to roll their sleeves up, work hard and make a difference and add to what we've got already.

I've got a list of players, the chairman (Steve Parish) has got that list of players. We need to get deals done if we're going to push on.

That's always been my thoughts and that was before I got to the football club.
