Marotta denies Real Madrid have bid for Pogba

Juventus general director Giuseppe Marotta has denied media reports that Real Madrid have made an approach to sign their coveted midfielder Paul Pogba.

French magazine France Football recently claimed Real Madrid assistant coach Zinedine Zidane had reportedly phoned Pogba to try to lure the 21-year-old to the Spanish giants this summer.

We don't believe there was any such call with Zidane, nor any interest from Real Madrid.

Would I exchange Pogba with (Real Madrid's) Gareth Bale?

They are two excellent players, but completely different.

We are fortunate to have Pogba, who is young and growing consistently, and we are happy to have him.
