IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE ITV F1 BRAZIL COMPETITION
Due to technical and operational problems, we have cancelled the F1 competition to win a trip to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix that was broadcast on 2 November 2008. Anyone who entered can receive a full refund. We apologise for this and any inconvenience this has caused.
For all landline entrants who are BT customers, you will automatically receive a credit on your phone bill and you do not need take any further action.
Non-BT customers who entered the competition by phone should call the free phone number0800 022 3797where you will be asked to leave your details so that we may arrange a refund.
All other entrants - where we have been able to identify your telephone number, you will receive a call from us within 6 weeks (from 2nd September, 2009) to arrange repayment. If you believe you are eligible for a refund and have not been contacted within 6 weeks, please call our Customer Care line on 0844 881 4150or email us atitvihelp@itv.com.
Once again we'd like to apologise for this error and the inconvenience caused to everyone who entered.
