She has been a regular columnist for both The Daily Record and The Scottish Sun and , for the past three years, has hosted her own week day phone in on BBC Radio Scotland, Call Kaye.
A perfect Sunday morning for me would be: If I am honest, my perfect Sunday morning would start at 11.59am but with two kids and a puppy that is not an option so I like to get up an hour before everyone else and enjoy the peace and quiet and catch up with the news and papers then just enjoy the mayhem when the girls eventually surface
My favourite breakfast is: Porridge! What else?!
My ideal Saturday night TV would be: Can't do better than Strictly then The X Factor
On Sunday evenings I like to relax by: Downton Abbey! I rush around like an idiot to get everything ready for school the next day and the week ahead. I pack the kids off to bed amidst huge protests and plonk myself on the sofa
My alarm goes off on a Monday morning at: 6.05 am
In the morning, the one thing I couldn’t live without is: Tea
When cooking, my speciality dish is: Don't ask Nadia... she says I don't have one! But I can reassure everyone that my prawn risotto is absolutely edible
My favourite person to follow on Twitter is: @nadiasawalha
If I could meet anyone in the world, who I haven’t already, it would be: Victoria Beckham - she intrigues me
