118118 COMPETITION: INTERACTION INFORMATION

Competition opens on Monday 16 January 2012 and closes on Thursday 9 February 2012 at 5.00 p.m.
Competition draw date:
Within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
Method of entry:
Go to http://www.itv.com/118118 and follow the instructions there to answer the competition entry question choosing from three possible multiple choice answers.
Entrants may enter the competition up to six (6) times per phone number provided.
Prize:
The prize is a voucher for one (1) night trip for the winner and a companion to Paris to include:
- Standard class return Eurostar rail travel from London St. Pancras station to Gard du Nord, Paris (unless the winner is based in Northern Ireland in which case the prize will include return economy class flights to Paris);
- One (1) night’s accommodation in a hotel in Paris on bed and breakfast basis based on the winner and their companion sharing a twin or double room; and
· A sightseeing tour on the Seinefor the winner and their companion during the winner’s stay.
The voucher is subject to additional terms and conditions and restrictions including but not limited to the following:
- The voucher is valid for nine months from date of purchase and the exact expiry date will be printed on the voucher. You must either redeem the before this date, or the voucher will cease to be valid.
· The value of any monetary balance of the vouchers may not be refunded and/or exchanged for cash or cash equivalent.
· The provider and/or the issuer of the vouchers are responsible for the redemption of the vouchers.
· The Promoter and/or the issuer of the vouchers will not be liable where a voucher has been lost or stolen in whole or in part, following delivery.
Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. The prize cannot be taken up during any public holidays in the UK and 14 February 2012.It is the responsibility of the winner to liaise with the prize provider when booking the trip.
The winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to France. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
The prize is subject to availability and excludes ground transfers in the UK and France, additional meals and drinks not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses and visas.
