LOVE YOUR GARDEN/IDEAL HOME SHOW VOTE AND PRIZE DRAW: INTERACTION INFORMATION
VOTE
Opening/closing date & time:
Voting will be open from 10 am on Monday 16 January 2012 and will close on Friday 10 February 2012 at midday.
The vote open and close times may be subject to change in the sole discretion of the producers of the programme.
Voting method:
Go to www.itv.com/alantitchmarsh and follow the instructions to vote for your favourite garden.Voters may vote up to 5 times per phone number. Once you have voted you will be entered into a prize draw to win the prize. Please note that you will be entered into the prize draw only once irrespective of the number of times you vote.
Voting results and contingencies
The garden with the highest number of votes will be declared the winner of the vote. The winning garden will be reconstructed by the prize provider at the Ideal Home Show 2012 at Earl’s Court being held from Friday 16 March 2012 to Saturday 1 April 2012 inclusive.
In the event of a tie where two or more gardens have joint highest votes from the vote, the judges panel (the “Panel”) will confer, and then one member of the Panel who has been nominated to be the head judge (the ‘Head Judge’) will determine and announce the outcome. The Head Judge’s decision is final.
In the event that the outcome of the vote cannot be reasonably determined because of a technical failure or other circumstance which affects the vote beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the producer of the Programme or their agents or sub-contractors, the Panel will confer, and then the Head Judge will determine and announce the outcome. The Head Judge's decision is final.
PRIZE DRAW

Prize draw date:
Within one week of the closing date and time for all entries.
The winner will be contacted in accordance with the time-critical provisions set out in Clause 4.2 of the General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.
Winner selection and contact:
The first three (3) eligible entries drawn at random from all entries will each be the winner of the prize, subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions.
Prize:
The prize is two (2) tickets to the Ideal Home Show 2012.
The prize excludes ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire and personal expenses.
