AVIVA CHALLENGE COMPETITION
Opening/closing date & time and information:
Competition opens and closes as stated in the red button application and online. Enter the competition by going to the www.itv.com website or entering via the red button application and entering required information. Participants will be entered into a prize draw.
Method & cost of entry:
Online – Go to www.itv.com, follow instructions and enter contact details as requested to be entered into the prize draw; up to 5 entries per person. There is no charge for web entries but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.
Red Button – Sky viewers press the red button on their remote and follow instructions; up to 5 entries per person. No charge for red button entries via a BT landline. Charges from other service providers may apply and will appear on the phone bill. Permission of the bill payer must be sought.
No entry via PRTS, SMS, cable red button or any other method of entry not stated. Entries on behalf of another person are void. Entries over the maximum number or made or received by the Promoter after the closing date/time, or which are incomplete, misspelt or not received are void and not entered into the competition but may still be charged, if applicable.
Draw date: within one week of the closing time and date.
Prize:The first eight entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will each win the prize. The prize is £20 (twenty pounds sterling) worth of Love2Shop High Street Gift Vouchers (the “vouchers”). Each voucher is worth £10. Vouchers are provided by HighStreetVouchers.com, Valley Road, Birkenhead. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s UK address. The winner may be required to sign for delivery. Each voucher can be redeemed in a range of high street shops details of which can be found at http://www.highstreetvouchers.com/gift-vouchers/high-street-gift-vouchers The vouchers are subject to further terms and conditions including but not limited to the following: Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash & must be redeemed within 18 months of winner confirmation. No change will be given if the value of purchase is less than the value of vouchers being spent. Vouchers cannot be used online. Prize provider and/or Promoter reserves right to refuse to accept or permit vouchers to be used which it deems to be invalid/tampered with/duplicated/damaged or otherwise fraudulent.Neither Promoter nor prize provider shall be liable where vouchers have been lost or stolen.
Prize is non-transferable and subject to availability & delivery restrictions. There is no alternative prize or cash equivalent. The Promoter endeavours to deliver the prize within 28 days of winner confirmation. The Promoter is not liable for any costs, liabilities, damages or losses incurred by the winner. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the prize due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Prize excludes associated costs, expenses, charges or taxes including but not limited to mis-delivery costs.Winner must be a UK mainland resident aged 18 years or over when entering the competition and may be required to prove eligibility. Winner may be required to participate in publicity. Promoter will only pass an entrant’s data to third parties for marketing purposes if the entrant has asked to receive marketing from them.
Winner will be contacted as soon as practicable after the competition draw date on the number provided when entering. The Promoter will not amend contact information after entry. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner. If unsuccessful or they fail to provide a delivery address or meet the eligibility requirements in any applicable terms and conditions this may result in forfeiture of the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next entry drawn at random.
