Prize: The first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries in the prize draw will be the winner of the prize. The prize is a pair of paddock passes for the winner and a companion, for admission to the circuit and access to the race paddock at the British Superbikes event to be held at Oulton Park on 11 October 2009. The prize also includes a pillion ride for the winner only around the track at Oulton Park on the back of the Pirelli Yamaha RI bike on 11 October 2009. The Promoter endeavours to use all available means to ensure delivery of the paddock passes, including but not limited to postal delivery which may include Royal Mail special delivery prior to 11 October 2009 (a signature will be required) or arrangements may be made for the winner to receive the paddock passes at the venue subject to proof of identity and eligibility. It is the responsibility of the winner of the prize to ensure that they and their companion are available on 11 October 2009. The winner of the prize and their companion must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over, and may be required to provide proof of age and eligibility. Restrictions may apply, including but not limited to health, safety and access restrictions. The winner is required to adhere to all instructions and guidelines given, including but not limited to health and safety instructions, in taking up the prize. The winner of the prize is required to provide their signature as consent and/or waiver in taking up elements of the prize as specified by the prize provider. The pillion ride experience is subject to weather conditions. To participate in the pillion ride, the winner must be aged between 18 and 60 years old (inclusive), must weigh no more than 15 stone, must have a valid UK motorcycle licence and must wear correctly fitting protective clothing and equipment (including without limitation a motorcycle helmet). It is the winner’s responsibility to provide their own protective clothing and equipment. The Promoter and/or prize organizer reserve the right to deny a prize winner from taking up the pillion ride experience element of the prize where they, in their sole discretion, deem it inadvisable for reasons of health and/or safety to permit the prize winner to participate in the pillion ride experience. For the avoidance of doubt the prize excludes all other costs and expenses incurred by the winner and/or their companion in taking up the prize including but not limited to any travelling expenses, insurance, parking costs, hospitality, food, drink and accommodation. The Promoter may in its sole discretion vary any element of the prize due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to the unavailability of the website for one or more working days before the competition closing date. If the Promoter exercises this discretion, the Promoter expects, but does not guarantee, that the revised prize may be paddock passes and a pillion ride experience at a British Superbikes event on a date and at a venue to be specified by the Promoter subject to availability and any other applicable restrictions.

The winner of the prize will be notified on the competition draw date for the prize draw. He/she will be contacted on the daytime phone number they provided when entering the competition. The Promoter will not amend contact information provided once entry to the competition has been made. The Promoter will use all reasonable endeavours to contact the winner of the prize on the competition draw date. The Promoter will contact the prize winner on the daytime phone number they provided, calling three times in a two-hour daytime period. If successful contact is not made, or if the winner fails to provide an address for delivery, or fails to meet the eligibility requirements as set out in the general competition terms and conditions, and elsewhere as applicable, or are otherwise unable to comply with these terms and conditions and take up the prize as specified, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries and thereafter until a prize winner is found.

General prize information:
The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider. The prize is non-changeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be upgraded. There are no cash equivalents or alternatives. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any element of the prize for reasons beyond their reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any costs, liabilities, damages or losses or for any medical conditions aggravated or incurred by the winners and/or their companions in taking up the prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize excludes all other costs including but not limited to alcoholic beverages, parking costs, telephone calls, programmes, souvenirs, gratuities, incidental costs, personal items, taxes and medical, travel and insurance. Delivery of the prize is subject to winner confirmation, i.e. the Promoter managing to contact the relevant winner and receiving confirmation of eligibility. Other restrictions may apply. The winner may be required to participate in publicity. The Promoter will only pass an entrant’s data to third parties for marketing purposes if that entrant has asked to receive marketing information from those third parties.
