CORNWALL WITH CAROLINE QUENTIN COMPETITION: INTERACTION INFORMATION
Opening/closing date & time:
· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and online as stated in the Cornwall with Caroline Quentin (the “programme”).
· Competition closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online at 10.00 a.m. as stated in the programme.
Competition draw date:
Within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
Method & cost of entry:
· PRTS Phone - call 09049596161 and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
· SMS text – send a SMS text to 88444 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 88444 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

Holiday
A trip to The Cornwall Hotel Spa & Estate in St Austell, Cornwall for seven (7) nights. The winner can select either a ‘Woodland Home’ or ‘Hotel Spa’ trip.
The ‘Woodland Home’ option includes:
· Standard class return rail travel for the winner and three (3) companions from the UK mainland train station nearest to the winner’s home to St. Austell, Cornwall (unless the winner is based in Northern Ireland in which case the prize will include return economy class flights to Exeter and return ground transfers from the arrival airport to the hotel) (subject to availability); and
· Seven (7) nights’ accommodation for the winner and their companions at The Cornwall Hotel Spa & Estate on a half board basis based on the winner and their companions sharing a two (2) bedroom Woodland Home.
The ‘Hotel Spa’ option includes:
· Standard class return rail travel for the winner and one (1) companion from the UK mainland train station nearest to the winner’s home to St. Austell, Cornwall (unless the winner is based in Northern Ireland in which case the prize will include return economy class flights to Exeter and return ground transfers from the arrival airport to the hotel) (subject to availability); and
· Seven (7) nights’ accommodation for the winner and their companion at The Cornwall Hotel Spa & Estate on a half board basis based on the winner and their companions sharing a twin or double room.
Both options also include:
· Car hire where the winner or their companion(s) is the driver aged 23 or over (the “driver”) of the car (the “car”) to be collected from and returned to the station or airport of arrival (as applicable), and provided the driver currently holds a full clean UK driver’s licence for a minimum of twelve (12) months and a valid credit card (not a debit card), which is refundable upon safe return of the car and provided the car is returned to the station or airport of arrival with the fuel gauge at the same level as when the car was collected. The driver will be required to produce a both parts of their driving licence on collection of the car. Holders of the old style UK paper licence must also provide an additional form of photographic ID. Holders of non-UK driving licences may have to provide additional identification. The car includes no excess charge, collision damage waiver, theft protection and excludes fuel. In the event that the winner or their companions are not eligible for car hire for any reason, the winner will be given the cash equivalent of the cost of a week’s hire of an intermediate level vehicle from a car hire company of the prize provider’s choice at the time of travel. The cash equivalent will be paid to the winner two (2) weeks in advance of travel. A cash alternative is not available for any other reason;
· Two (2) one (1) hour spa treatments during the winner’s stay (subject to availability). Please note that age and health restrictions apply to some treatments; and
· A choice of either: a one (1) hour cookery lesson for two (2) people with the head chef or afternoon tea for two (2) people at the hotel during the winner’s stay (subject to availability).
The prize must be booked within one month of winner confirmation and taken between 1 April 2012 and 31 March 2013 inclusive. The prize cannot be taken during 21 December 2012 and 2 January 2013 inclusive. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.Where the winner’s companion(s) is/are aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks not included in the prize, excursions, attractions, additional treatments not included in the prize and personal expenses.
