DANCING ON ICE 2012 COMPETITION 1: INTERACTION INFORMATION
Opening/closing date & time:
· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and online as stated in the Dancing on Ice (the “programme”).
· Competition closes for entries via PRTS and SMS as stated in the programme.
· Competition closes for entries no less than 3 working days after the closing date and time for entries via PRTS and SMS.
Competition draw date:
Within one week of the closing date and time for all entries.
Winner selection and contact:
The first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be the winner of the prize, subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions. The winner will be contacted on the competition draw date in accordance with the time-critical provisions set out in Clause 4.2 of the General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.
Method & cost of entry:
· PRTS Phone - call 09012 934 934 and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
· SMS text – send a SMS text to 88338 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 88338 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

A cheque for £5,000 (five thousand pounds sterling) made payablein the name of the winner only.

Holiday
A trip for the winner and three (3) companions for five (5) nights to Iceland, to include:
- Four (4) economy class flights from an airport in London to Reykjavik, Iceland (subject to availability);
- Return ground transfers from the airport in Reykjavik to the winner’s accommodation;
- Five (5) nights’ accommodation for four (4) people at a hotel in Reykjavik based upon the winner and their companions sharing two (2) twin or double rooms on a bed and breakfast basis;
- Return ground transfers from the winner’s accommodation to the Geothermal Blue Lagoon Spa;
- Admission to the Geothermal Blue Lagoon Spa and one (1) 20 minute in-water massage each for the winner and their companions during the winner’s stay (subject to availability);
- AguidedNorthern Lights Superjeep Night Tour (subject to availability). Please note safety equipment will be provided where applicable; and
· Travel insurance cover for the winner and their companions (subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider).Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 74 years.
Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. The prize must be booked and taken up between 1 September 2012 and 30 April 2013 inclusivebut cannot be taken between 17 December 2012 and 6 January 2013 inclusive.
Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. The winner and their companions are responsible for obtaining any other necessary travel documentation, authorization and visas. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (ii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. It is also the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize providers of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the prize.
The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, car hire, personal expenses, treatments, telephone calls including local and long distance telephone calls, room service, mini-bar goods and visas.

Dancing on Ice 2012 semi-finals tickets
- Tickets for the winner and three (3) companions to see the Dancing on Ice 2012 semi-final at the Elstree Studios, Hertfordshire on 18 March 2012 (subject to venue restrictions, photographic ID may be required).
The winner and their companions acknowledge that in the event that that the show does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.
The prize excludes ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire and personal expenses.
