DAYBREAK/LORRAINE COMPETITION: INTERACTION INFORMATION
Opening/closing date & time:
Competition opens on Monday 5 December 2011 and closes on Monday 19 December 2011 at 6.20 a.m.
Competition draw date:
Within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
Method of entry:
Entrants may enter the competition up to five (5) times per phone number provided.
Prize:
The prize is a Debenhams giftcard worth £250 (two hundred and fifty pounds) (the ‘giftcard’). The giftcard is subject to additional terms and conditions and restrictions including but not limited to the following:
· The giftcard expires on 17 November 2013.
· On expiry of 24 months of consecutive non-use of the giftcard, any remaining balance will be cancelled without further liability to the winner.
· The giftcard may be used at all participating Debenhams stores and online at www.debenhams.com. Please note that the giftcard cannot be used at Debenhams concessions in other department stores, franchise stores or on the following Debenhams Partnership websites:
· The giftcard cannot be used in the Republic of Ireland.
· The giftcard cannot be used to settle a Debenhams Account Card or to purchase financial or travel services.
· Temporary Debenhams Account Cards cannot be used to activate or top-up a giftcard.
· The full value of the giftcard does not have to be spent in one store visit.
· The value of any monetary balance of the giftcard may not be refunded and/or exchanged for cash or cash equivalent or used as a deposit on a credit agreement. No change will be given.
· It is the responsibility of the winner to pay for the value of any item which exceeds the value of the giftcard.
· The giftcard cannot be redeemed or re-issued after expiry of the validity period as indicated.
· The giftcard cannot be used retrospectively, i.e. they cannot be applied to any purchases already made.
· The issuer of the giftcard is responsible for the redemption of the giftcard only, and the giftcard cannot be presented for purchases other than to the issuer of the giftcard.
· The issuer of the giftcardreserves the right to cancel or discontinue the giftcardin their discretion.
· The Promoter and/or the issuer of the giftcardwill not be liable where the giftcardhas been lost or stolen in whole or in part, following delivery.
