DAYBREAK COMPETITION: INTERACTION INFORMATION
Opening/closing date & time:
Competition opens on Monday 23 May 2011 and closes on Monday 20 June 2011 at 8.00 a.m.
Method of entry:
Go to http://www.itv.com/daybreak (the “website”) and follow the instructions there to answer the competition entry question choosing from three possible multiple choice answers. Entrants may enter the competition up to five (5) times per phone number provided.
Competition draw date:
Within no more than 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
Prize:
The prize is:
- Two (2) return Standard Premier tickets on Eurostar for the winner and one (1) companion to either Paris or Lille or Brussels (winner’s choice, subject to availability), leaving from London, Ashford or Ebbsfleet;
- Return standard rail tickets for the winner and their companion from the mainland station closest to the winner’s UK mainland home address to either London, Ashford or Ebbsfleet (winner’s choice, subject to availability);
- Two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation in the winner’s chosen destination on a room only basis based on the winner and their companion sharing a twin or double room.
Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.The prize is valid for one year from the date of issue of the prize certificate. The prize may not be taken up on Valentine’s Day and on any public/bank holiday date or dates surrounding a public/bank holidays where stated by the provider of the prize.
Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party, (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied at all times by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to ensure that they and their companion comply with all relevant health and safety guidelines applicable terms and conditions.
The prize excludes additional transportation, meals or drinks, excursions, personal expenses, insurance, taxes, spending money in any currency, travel documentation, charges, fees and costs. The prize is subject to restrictions and to terms and conditions of the prize provider and the relevant hotel.
