DAYBREAK/LORRAINE COMPETITION: INTERACTION INFORMATION

Competition opens on Monday 16 January 2012 and closes on Monday 13 February 2012 at 6.20 a.m.
Competition draw date:
Within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries to the competition.
Method of entry:
Entrants may enter the competition up to five (5) times per phone number provided.
Prize:
The prize includes:
Hotel trip
A trip for the winner and a companion to one (1) of the following locations: Portsmouth, Worsley, Norwich, Chepstow, London, Bradford, Kent, Lancashire, Birmingham, Southampton, Cheshire, Warwickshire or Hertfordshire (the “location(s)”) (as selected by the winner) to include:
- One (1) night’s accommodation at a hotel in the selected location on a bed and breakfast basis based on the winner and their companion sharing a twin or double room;
- Unlimited use of the hotel’s facilities; and
- One (1) 60 minute treatment for the winner and their companion each during the winner’s stay.
Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. The prize must be booked and taken up no later than 30 November 2012.
The winner must be aged 18 or over. The winner’s companion must be aged 16 or over.Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks not included in the prize, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire and personal expenses.
Morrisons vouchers
Morrisons gift vouchers worth £50 (fifty pounds) (the ‘vouchers’). The winner must follow instructions given to use the vouchers. The vouchers are subject to additional terms and conditions and restrictions including but not limited to the following:
· The vouchers may be used for in-store purchases at any Morrisons store within the United Kingdom.
· The vouchers may be used to make in-store purchases in full or in part payment subject to exclusions and restrictions.
· The vouchers may be used in Morrisons petrol stations.
· The vouchers cannot be used to purchase products in any third party concessionary store.
· The vouchers cannot be used online.
· The vouchers must be presented for payment at the check-out in the relevant store to be redeemed.
· The vouchers cannot be used retrospectively, i.e. they cannot be applied to any purchases already made.
· Some products and stores may be excluded, including without limitation, petrol, foreign currency and lottery tickets. Other restrictions on the use of the vouchers may be made by the issuer of the vouchers in their sole discretion.
· The value of any monetary balance of the vouchers may not be refunded and/or exchanged for cash or cash equivalent.
· It is the responsibility of the winner to pay for the value of any item which exceeds the value of the vouchers.
· The issuer of the vouchers is responsible for the redemption of the vouchers only, and the vouchers cannot be presented for purchases other than to the issuer of the vouchers.
· The Promoter and/or the issuer of the vouchers will not be liable where the vouchers have been lost or stolen in whole or in part, following delivery.
· There is no expiry date but the Promoter recommends that the winner redeems the vouchers within a year of receipt unless otherwise stated by the prize provider and/or the issuer of the vouchers.
