DAYBREAK/LORRAINE COMPETITION: INTERACTION INFORMATION
Opening/closing date & time:
Competition opens on Monday 9 January 2012 and closes on Monday 30 January 2012 at 6.20 a.m.
Competition draw date:
Within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
Method of entry:
Entrants may enter the competition up to five (5) times per phone number provided.
Prize:
The prize is Love2Shop vouchers worth £250 (two hundred and fifty pounds) (the “vouchers”). It is the responsibility of the winner to follow instructions given by the prize provider to redeem the vouchers. The vouchers are subject to additional terms and conditions and restrictions including but not limited to the following:
· The vouchers expire within 12 months of winner confirmation.
· The vouchers may be exchanged for goods to their face value provided by the prize provider.
· The vouchers cannot be used to make purchases online.
· The vouchers cannot be used towards payment of store cards, accounts or purchasing store gift vouchers.
· Multiple vouchers may be redeemed in the same transaction up to the value of the goods being purchased.
· It is the responsibility of the winner to pay for the value of any item which exceeds the value of the vouchers.
· The full value of the vouchers does not have to be spent on one occasion.
· Some products may be excluded.
· The value of any monetary balance of the vouchers may not be refunded and/or exchanged for cash or cash equivalent.
· The provider and/or the issuer of the vouchers are responsible for the redemption of the vouchers.
· The list of retailers who accept the vouchers is subject to change.
· The Promoter and/or the issuer of the vouchers will not be liable where a voucher has been lost or stolen in whole or in part, following delivery.
