FA CUP COMPETITION: INTERACTION INFORMATION
Opening/closing date & time:
· Competition opens for entries via SMS as stated in the ‘FA Cup 4th Round Liverpool vs Manchester United’ programme (the “programme”).
· Competition closes for entries via SMS and online at midday on Monday 14 May 2012.
Competition draw date:
Within no more than 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
Method & cost of entry:
· SMS text – send a SMS text including the keyword ‘CUP’ to 88323. Entries with the keyword misspelt as ‘CIP’ ‘COP’ “CAN’ and/or ‘CAP’ will also be accepted. All other entries with misspelt or missing keywords will be not be eligible and will be charged at the standard network rate. Up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with the keyword ‘CUP’ (or permitted misspelling as set out above) to 88323by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message.
· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.
Winner selection and contact:
The first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be the winner of the prize, subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions.

Cash
A cheque for £2,000 (two thousand pounds sterling) made payablein the name of the entrant only.
Car
A Vauxhall Insignia 2.0 CDTI Exclusive Sports Tourer including first registration fee, road tax for the first year and £15 (fifteen pounds sterling) worth of fuel. The winner will be able to choose the colour of the car. The car will be delivered within twelve (12) weeks of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. The winner is responsible for insuring the car. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car, current UK driver’s licence, current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport and proof of address.
Gadgets
A selection of gadgets, to include:
· One (1) Toshiba 40” 3D Smart TV;
· One (1) iPhone 4S;
· One (1) iPad 16GB Wi-Fi only model;
· One (1) Playstation 3 160GB model; and
· One (1) set of Wilson High Moi Deep Red gold clubs.
The prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred in taking up the prize including but not limited to any supplementary products and services, installation or removal of existing products and transportation (other than delivery of the prize to the winner’s home address). The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and/or supplier as relevant.
FA Cup Final 2013 tickets
Four (4) tickets for the winner and three (3) companions to the FA Cup Final 2013.
The FA Cup Final 2013 is expected to take place during May 2013. The exact date will be confirmed by the Prize Provider to the winner in due course. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to take the prize on the relevant date in 2013.
Where the winner’s companions are aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that the FA Cup Final does not take place in 2013 or does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.
The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, meals and drinks not included in the prize, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire and personal expenses.
