PRIZE DRAW INFORMATION - ITV F1 ABU DHABI PRIZE DRAW
Opening/Closing date & time:
Opens on Wednesday, 2 September 2009 and closes on Friday, 18 September 2009 at 5:00 p.m. Entries made after the closing date and time will not be entered into the draw.
Method of entry:
Eligible entrants may enter the prize draw via web by going to the website at www.itv.com/f1refund, and following the instructions given to provide information including but not limited to their full name, phone number, email address, and their postcode to enter the draw. Eligible entries will be entered into a draw to win the prize.
Eligible entrants may enter this prize draw no more than 5 times per phone number provided at the time of entering the draw.
Entries over the maximum number of entries for the method of entry stated, or entries made or received by the Promoter after the closing date and time, or entries which are incomplete, incomprehensible or not received are void and will not be entered into the draw. There is no entry via phone, email, post, or via the red button. The Promoter may at its discretion vary the method of entry for eligible entrants.

There is no charge for web entries but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.
Prize:
The first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be the winner of the prize. The prize is a trip for the winner and an adult companion to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix taking place between 30 October 2009 and 1 November 2009. The prize includes return flights from London Heathrow or Gatwick to Abu Dhabi, 4-nights accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis sharing a twin-room, return airport ground transfers in Abu Dhabi, and pair of tickets to watch the race for 2 days. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion are available between 29 October 2009 and 2 November 2009 inclusive and that they hold a valid passport (which must be valid for at least six months beyond the end of the trip), and relevant visa and travel documentation to take up the prize. The prize is subject to restrictions including but not limited to health and access restrictions. The Promoter may vary any element of the prize due to unforeseen circumstances or for reasons outside of its reasonable control. There is no cash equivalent or alternative prize. The Promoter is not liable for any costs, liabilities, damages, losses or for medical conditions aggravated or incurred by a winner and their companion. The prize is non-changeable and non-transferable. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize excludes associated costs, expenses, charges or taxes incurred by a winner and their companion which are not included in the prize including but not limited to additional travel expenses, transportation and accommodation, meals, drinks, transfers in the UK, hotel charges, room service, telephone calls costs, parking costs, incidentals, spa treatments, souvenirs, mis-delivery costs, supplementary products and/or services, insurance and taxes unless otherwise stated. The winner and their companion must be aged 18 or over at the time of entering the prize draw and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility. The Promoter endeavours to deliver the prize by no later than 28 October 2009 following winner confirmation, i.e. the date that the Promoter has managed to contact the winner and received confirmation of eligibility.The winner and their companion may be required to participate in publicity for the Promoter and/or prize provider. The Promoter will only pass an entrant’s data to third parties for marketing purposes if that entrant has asked to receive marketing information from those third parties.
The Promoter will not amend contact information provided once entry to the prize draw has been made. The winner will be notified by the Promoter on the competition draw date or as soon as practicable afterwards. He/she will contacted on the daytime phone number they provided when entering the prize draw, calling three times in a two-hour daytime period. If successful contact is not made within those timelines, or if they fail to provide an address for delivery, or fail to meet the eligibility requirements as set out in the general competition terms and conditions, and elsewhere as applicable, or are otherwise unable to comply with these terms and conditions and take up the prize as specified, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next entrant drawn at random from all eligible entries and thereafter until a winner is found.
