The decisions of the shortlist panel and the final selection panel are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The overall winner of the ITV Feelgood Factor award will be determined from the regional finalists by the Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards jury. The decision of the Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards jury is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
