SUNDAY SUPER SLEUTHS: INTERACTIVE VOTE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

METHOD AND COST OF PARTICIPATION
Viewers can take part in an online interactive poll as promoted on-air on ITV by visiting the website at http://www.itv.com/sundaysupersleuths (the “website”). Follow instructions to vote for your favourite ITV detective drama series (the “detective series”). Please note that it is not possible to participate in the poll via SMS, PRTS phone, red button, email or post. There is no charge for web entries but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.
RESTRICTIONS
To be eligible to take part in the interactive poll you must be aged 18 or over at the date of entry. The online poll is only available to users in the United Kingdom. You may participate in the poll at any time during the time that the poll is open. You will not be able to participate in the poll after the closing date and time has passed. Entries are capped at 10 votes per person and any entries made over this limit are void.
RESULT OF THE POLL
An episode from each of the top five most voted for detective series will be transmitted on ITV1 from 15 November 2009 until the end of December 2009 (with the scheduling being subject to change at ITV’s sole discretion) with the episode from the fifth most popular detective series to be shown first and the episode from the most popular detective series to be shown last. The final result of the interactive poll will be announced online at ITV.com and may also be announced on air after November 15 2009. ITV will not have a say in the outcome of the poll except that in the event of a tie ITV will use its editorial judgement to determine the outcome.
The result of the poll will be from all polls received by the producer of the programme at the time when the poll is calculated, after the poll has closed. Entries made or received by the Promoter after the closing date and time, or entries which are incomplete, incomprehensible or not received are void and will not be entered into the poll.
GENERAL TERMS
ITV, the producers of the programme and their sub-contractors do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any telephone network or line, system, server, software, provider or otherwise which may result in any poll not being properly received, registered or recorded.
ITV cannot promise that the website will be free from errors or omissions nor that it will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. The website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the reasonable control of ITV. ITV will not be liable to you or to any other person in the event that all or any part of the website is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.
Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts your statutory rights as a consumer. For more details on your statutory rights you should contact your local Trading Standards Office or Citizen's Advice Bureau.
