MINUTE TO WIN IT COMPETITION: INTERACTION INFORMATION
 
Opening/closing date & time:
Competition opens on Friday 9 September 2011 and closes on Monday 31 October 2011 at 5.00 p.m.
 
Competition draw date:
Within no more than one week of the closing date and time for all entries.
 
Method of entry:
Go to http://www.itv.com/minutetowinit (the “website”) and follow the instructions. Entrants are required to watch or listen to a video shown on the website and answer the competition entry question choosing from three possible multiple choice answers.
 
Entrants may enter the competition up to five (5) times per phone number provided.
 
Winner Selection and Contact:
The first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will each be the winner of the prize, subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions.
 
All reasonable efforts will be used to contact the winner on the competition draw date. The winner will be contacted on the daytime phone number they provided at the time of entering the competition, calling three times in a two-hour daytime period. If successful contact is not made, or if they fail to provide an address for delivery, or fail to meet the eligibility requirements as set out in the general competition terms and conditions and elsewhere as applicable, or are otherwise unable to comply with these terms and conditions and take up the prize as specified, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries and thereafter until a winner is found.
 
Prize:
The prize, as provided by Cadbury the official treat provider to London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, is an Olympic package (the “Package”) and a Cadbury Hamper (the “Hamper”).
 
Olympic Package
The Package is a two (2) night trip to the London Olympics 2012 for two (2) people (being a selected winner and a companion who must be aged 12 years old or over). The Package must be taken from Monday 6 August 2012 to Wednesday 8 August 2012. Each Package also includes:
·     Two (2) nights’ accommodation in London at a 4* hotel (the “hotel”) based on two (2) people sharing a twin/double room on a bed and breakfast basiswith age permitting, access to the hotel’s hospitality lounge. Hospitality access is only open to those aged 18 or over;
·     One (1) meal being either lunch or dinner on Tuesday 7 August 2012 (excluding alcoholic drinks);
·     Transfers between the hotel and the events by coach;
·     Two (2) Category A tickets to the Men’s Volleyball Preliminaries at Earls Court on Monday 6 August 2012 and expected to be between 20:00 and 23:30; and
·     Two (2) Category A tickets to the Athletics Finals at the Olympic Stadium, Olympic Park on Tuesday 7 August 2012 and expected to be between 18:50 and 21:20.
 
Cadbury Hamper
The hamper will contain all of the following: one (1) 200g Cadbury Milk Tray Box; one (1) 195g KOKO by Cadbury carton; one (1) 400g Roses carton; one (1) 400g Heroes carton; one (1) 500g Cadbury Chocolate Eclairs carton; one (1) 175g Cadbury Chocolate Caramel Nibbles bag; one (1) 150g Cadbury Raisin Clusters bag; one (1) 145g Cadbury Crunchie Rocks bag; one (1) Cadbury Dream 200g bar; one (1) 120g Cadbury Dairy Milk bar; one (1)  120g Dairy Milk Turkish bar; one (1) Twirl bar; one (1) Double Decker bar; one (1)  Crunchie bar; and one (1) Wispa bar. 
 
The winner and their companion acknowledge that if the timings of the events change or do not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility and no alternative prize will be provided. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide valid photographic ID, ensure they, and their companion, are available to take up the prize during the relevant dates (6-8 August 2012 inclusive) and to inform the prize providers of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the prize. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any costs, liabilities, damages, losses or medical conditions aggravated or incurred by the winner and/or companion in taking up the prize. The London 2012 Organising Committee (LOCOG) give no guarantee in relation to the London 2012 ticket prize, and cannot be held liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from a winner’s (and where applicable, guest’s) use of the London 2012 ticket prize. Contact information provided will not be amended once entry to the competition has been made.
 
The winner must follow instructions given by the Promoter and/or prize providers to take up the prize. There is no cash equivalent or alternative prize. The prize is non-changeable and non-transferable. The prize provider will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the hamper within 28 days of winner confirmation i.e. the date that the winner has been contacted and their eligibility has been confirmed and the prize provider will confirm arrangements for collection and/or delivery of the Olympic package including tickets, travel and accommodation to the winner as soon as reasonably practicable but by 1 July 2012. The winner must be aged 18 or over. Proof of age and eligibility may be required.
 
The prize excludes all other costs as applicable, including but not limited to travel expenses, transportation (including without limitation, ground transfers to and from London), parking costs, accommodation, meals, all beverages not included in the prize, hotel supplementary charges, excursions, treatments, telephone calls including local and long distance telephone calls, room service, mini-bar goods, programmes, personal items, merchandise and souvenirs, tips and gratuities, replacement of lost, stolen or damaged items following delivery, supplementary products and/or service, accessories, mis-delivery costs, incidental costs, fees, expenses, taxes and any insurance unless otherwise provided for. Costs and expenses not included in the prize may incur additional charges which are payable by the winner, and/or where applicable, their companion. Neither the Promoter nor the provider of the prize will be held liable where such charges are incurred, and no refund or reimbursement will be made. The Promoter and the prize provider will accept no responsibility where the winner and/or their companion are unable to pay in full, any such charges as incurred.
 
General:
The prize is subject to restrictions including but not limited to programme scheduling and travel and access restrictions and to the terms of the issuer, manufacturer and/or provider of the prize and the venue.
 
Where any element of the prize includes the winner and/or their companion attending a venue to take up the prize, it is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion follow instructions given and comply with any requirements, rules and regulations including but not limited to Ofcom regulations and to any restrictions to taking up the prize including without limitation restrictions relating to age, and health and safety. The winner and/or their companion may be excluded from taking up the relevant element of the prize at any time in the discretion of the Promoter and/or prize provider, for reasons including without limitation where it is deemed in the discretion of the Promoter and/or prize provider that the winner and/or their companion have failed to comply with any requirements, rules, regulations, restrictions and instructions as indicated.
 
Where any element of the prize includes the issue of vouchers, tickets or similar documentation by the prize provider to the winner, the prize provider and/or issuer and where applicable, the venue, reserves the right to refuse to accept vouchers, tickets or similar documentation which are deemed to have been tampered with, defaced, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise are suspected to be affected by fraud. The Promoter, the venue, prize provider and/or the issuer of a voucher, ticket or similar documentation shall not be liable where such voucher, ticket or similar documentation has been lost or stolen following delivery to the winner.
 
The employees of any provider of any element of the prize and their immediate families, and anyone involved in the administration of this competition are not eligible for entry to this competition. Other restrictions may apply. The winner may be required to participate in publicity. The Promoter will only pass an entrant’s data to third parties for marketing purposes if that entrant has asked to receive marketing information from those third parties.
