RUGBY WORLD CUP GOLDEN TICKET COMPETITION: INTERACTION INFORMATION

Opening/closing date & time:

· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, red button and online as stated in the Rugby World Cup 2011 and Rugby World Cup 2011 highlights (the “programmes”).

· Competition closes for entries via PRTS, SMS, red button and online at 10.00 a.m. as stated in the programmes.

Competition draw date:

Within no more than 28 days of the closing date and time for all entries.

Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 0904 161 2011 and follow instructions; up to 9 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. This can be repeated 3 times to reach the 9 limit. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 88342 with the keyword RUGBY. SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt or incorrect will not be counted but will still be charged. Up to 9 entries per phone number. SMS entrants using the correct keyword will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the prize draw via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the prize draw without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text to 88342 with the keyword RUGBY by the closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated 3 times to reach the 9 entries limit. Except for every third SMS text entry as set out above, the entrant’s SMS text entries each costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

· Red Button – Sky and Virgin Media viewers press the red button on their remote control; up to 9 entries per phone number. Each red button entry costs no more than £1.54.

· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 9 entries per phone number provided.

Winner selection and contact:

The first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will each be the winner of the prize, subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions.

Tickets, accommodation and certain travel (as specified below) for the winner and three (3) companions to see all of the matches detailed below across each of the competing countries of the 6 Nations Rugby Tournament 2012 to include:

Scotland v England – 4 February 2012 and Ireland v Wales - 5 February 2012

· Four (4) First Class outbound rail tickets on 3 February 2012 from the UK mainline station nearest to the winner’s home address to Edinburgh;

· Two (2) nights’ accommodation (3-4 February 2012 inclusive) in a four-star quality city centre hotel in Edinburgh, Scotland on a bed only basis based on the winner and their companions sharing two (2) twin/double bedrooms;

· Four (4) VIP sideline match tickets to the Scotland v England match on 4 February 2012;

· Access for the winner and their companions to the VIP Official Hospitality tent during the Scotland v England match on 4 February 2012;

· Four (4) outbound economy classflights from Edinburgh Airport to Dublin, Ireland on 5 February 2012

· One night’s accommodation (5 February 2012) in a four-star quality city centre hotel in Dublin, Ireland on a bed only basis based on the winner and their companions sharing two (2) twin/double bedrooms;

· Four (4) VIP sideline match tickets to the Ireland v Wales match on 5 February 2012;

· Access for the winner and their companions to the VIP Official Hospitality tent during the Ireland v Wales match on 5 February 2012;

· Four (4) return flights from Dublin, Ireland to a London based or regional airport (subject to availability) on 6 February 2012;

· A designated contactavailable no later than the date falling two (2) weeks from the date of winner confirmationfor the winner and their companions to consult if they have any queries or problems and a travel representative available during the dates of each element of the Prize;

Italy v England 11February 2012

· Four (4) return economy class flights from a London based airport to Rome, Italy departing to Rome on 10 February 2012 and arriving back in London on 12 February 2012;

· Return ground transfers from an airport in Rome to the winner’s hotel accommodation in Rome, Italy;

· Two (2) nights’ accommodation (10-11 February 2012 inclusive) in a four-star quality city centre hotel in Rome, Italy on a bed only basis based on the winner and their companions sharing two (2) twin/double bedrooms;

· Access for the winner and their companions to the VIP Official Hospitality tent during the Italy v England match on 11 February 2012;

· Four (4) VIP sideline match tickets to the Italy v England match on 11 February 2012;

England v Wales – 25 February 2012

· Four (4) First Class return rail tickets from the UK mainline station nearest to the winner’s home address to a London train station on 24 February 2012 and returning on 26 February 2012;

· Return ground transfers from a train station in London to the winner’s hotel accommodation in London, UK;

· Two (2) nights’ accommodation (24-25 February 2012 inclusive) in a four-star quality city centre hotel in London on a bed only basis based on the winner and their companions sharing two (2) twin/double bedrooms;

· Access for the winner and their companions to the VIP Official Hospitality tent during the England v Wales match on 25 February 2012;

· Four (4) VIP sideline match tickets to the England v Wales match on 25 February 2012;

France v England – 11 March 2012

· Four (4) First Class return rail tickets from London St Pancras Station to Gare du Nord station in Parison 10 March 2012 and returning on 12 March 2012;

· Return ground transfers from Gare du Nord station to the winner’s hotel accommodation in Paris, France;

· Two (2) nights’ accommodation (10-11 March 2012 inclusive) in a four-star quality city centre hotel in Paris on a bed only basis based on the winner and their companions sharing two (2) twin/double bedrooms;

· Access for the winner and their companions to the VIP Official Hospitality tent during the France v England match on 11 March 2012;

· Four (4) VIP sideline match tickets to the France v England match on 11 March 2012;

Wales v France - 17 March 2012

· Four (4) First Class return rail tickets from the UK mainline station nearest to the winner’s home address to Cardiff Central stationon 16 March 2012 and returning on18 March 2012;

· Return ground transfers from Cardiff Central station to the winner’s hotel accommodation in Cardiff, Wales;

· Two (2) nights’ accommodation (16-17 March 2012 inclusive) in a four-star quality city centre hotel in Cardiff on a bed only basis based on the winner and their companions sharing two (2) twin/double bedrooms;

· Access for the winner and their companions to the VIP Official Hospitality tent during the Wales v France match on 17 March 2012; and

· Four (4) VIP sideline match tickets to the Wales v France match on 17 March 2012;

The prize provider for the tickets, accommodation and travel element of the prize is: The Sports Concierge Limited, 32-34 St John’s Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN4 9NT

The winner and their companions acknowledge that in the event that any of the rugby matches do not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

The prize must be taken up on the following dates: 3 February 2012 to 6 February 2012 inclusive; 10 February 2012 to 12 February 2012 inclusive; 24 February 2012 to 26 February 2012 inclusive; 10 March 2012 to 12 March 2012 inclusive and 16 March 2012 to 18 March 2012 inclusive. For the avoidance of doubt, the four (4) people need not be the same for each element of the Prize. The winner may at their sole discretion select three (3) companions for each element of the Prize (as set out above). The Scotland v England and Ireland v Wales element of the Prize is classed as one (1) element.

The prize excludes ground transfers not included in the prize, meals and drinks not included in the prize, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, hotel supplementary charges, excursions, telephone calls including local and long distance telephone calls, room service, mini-bar goods, programmes, personal items, merchandise and souvenirs, tips and gratuities, incidental costs, fees, expenses, taxes, personal expenses and any insurance unless otherwise provided for. Costs and expenses not included in the prize may incur additional charges which are payable by the winner, and/or where applicable, their companion. Neither the Promoter nor the provider of the prize will be held liable where such charges are incurred, and no refund or reimbursement will be made. The Promoter and the prize provider will accept no responsibility where the winner and/or their companion are unable to pay in full, any such charges as incurred.
