TAKE ME OUT COMPETITION: INTERACTION INFORMATION
Opening/closing date & time:
· Competition opens for entries as stated in ‘Take Me Out’ (the “programme”).
· Competition closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 16:00 (4pm) on 18 February 2012 as stated in the programme.
· Competition closes for entries online via the www.itv.comwebsite at 16:00 (4pm) on 23 February 2012.
Competition draw date:
Within no more than 24 hours of the closing date and time for online entries.
Method & cost of entry:
· PRTS Phone - call 0901 293 99 44 and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and calls from mobiles may cost considerably more.
· SMS text – send a SMS text to 60330 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 60330by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

The Prize:

Trip to Marrakech
The prize is a seven-night trip for the winner and a companion to Marrakech, Morocco.
The prize includes:
· two return economy class flights from a London airport to Menara Airport, Marrakech (subject to availability);
· return transfers from the airport in Marrakechto the hotel;
· accommodation in a hotel in the Palmeraie area of Marrakech, based on two people sharing a twin or double room (subject to availability) with breakfast included every day;
· one hot air ballooning excursion for the winner and their companion;
· one dinner at the hotel with a maximum value of £80; and
· basic travel insurance covering both the winner and their companion for the duration of the trip (subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider). The winner and/or their companion are responsible for meeting any additional costs related to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and/or any additional costs where the winner and/or their companion is over the age of 74.
The winner must be aged 18 or older and either the winner or their companion must be aged 21 or over in order to check in at the hotel. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 they must have prior parental or guardian permission.
The prize must be booked and taken up within 12 months of winner confirmation. The trip cannot be booked to occur during any UK public holiday or from 19 December 2012 to 3 January 2013 inclusive. However, please note that the hot air balloon excursion cannot be booked between 15 July 2012 and 25 August 2012 inclusive. The winner must give the Prize Provider at least six (6) weeks' notice of the date on which they wish to take up the prize.
The hot air ballooning excursion lasts approximately five (5) hours in total. The excursion includes return transfers from the hotel, a light breakfast and refreshments, a balloon flight lasting approximately 40 minutes (depending on weather conditions) and a short camel ride. Participants will be collected from the hotel and are advised to wear sturdy footwear and bring a pullover and sunglasses. Please note that hot air ballooning is dependent on weather conditions: in the event that the excursion is cancelled due to such conditions an alternative date will be offered but cannot be guaranteed. The Promoter recommends that women in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy seek the advice of their GP regarding the suitability of the excursion. As stated above, the excursion is not available between 15 July 2012 and 25 August 2012 inclusive.
The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Morocco. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. Airlines will require women who are 28 weeks' pregnant or more to provide a fitness note from their GP/midwife in order to fly.
Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the winner to:
(i) organize and pay any costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party, if necessary;
(ii) ensure that their companion adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Prize Provider;
(iii) inform the Prize Provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize; and
(iv) adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations. Vaccinations are highly recommended when taking up the prize.
