TAKE ME OUT APPLICATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This is an application to take part in a television dating show entitled “Take Me Out” (Series 3) (the "Programme") which FremantleMedia Limited trading as talkbackTHAMES (the “Producer”) proposes but does not undertake to produce for ITV plc (“ITV”). The information given by you in your application may be used in the Programme should you be selected.
2. You acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules, regulations, terms and conditions for the Programme as determined by the Producer (the "Rules") and you acknowledge that the Rules may be changed (including without limitation verbally) at any time by the Producer at their sole discretion and that you will be bound by such Rules. The Producers’ decisions shall be final.
3. You can apply to take part in the Programme by going to the website at www.itv.com/takemeout and following the instructions there. An application form will be available to download for completion. The completed application form must be signed and sent with a recent photograph to: Take Me Out, 1 Stephen Street, London W1T 1AL or by email to takemeout@talkbackthames.tv. Photographs cannot be returned.
4. The Producer cannot guarantee that you will be contacted for an audition or to take part in the Programme, or that your participation will be exploited in any media at any time. The decision of the Producer is final.
5. Applicants may be invited to attend an audition at a time and place to be notified by the Producer. The Producer cannot guarantee that you will be offered an audition or that you will be offered an audition in your preferred city.
6. The closing date and time for submitting your application is as stated in the relevant promotion and/or on the website at www.itv.com/takemeout. The Producer may change the closing date and time at any time in their sole discretion, without notice for reasons beyond the Producer’s reasonable control.
7. Following the auditions successful applicants may be selected to take part in the Programme at the sole discretion of the Producers whose decision will be final.
8. You must be single and aged eighteen or over at the time of the application. You will be asked to provide the Producer with documentation in order to substantiate your age (i.e. birth certificate, driving licence and/or valid passport).
9. You must have the right to live and work in the UK or Republic of Ireland and hold a valid passport.
10. Employees and members of their immediate families (including any live-in partner) of the Producer or ITV, any associated parent or subsidiary companies and/or any agencies, sponsors or contractors associated with the Programme are not eligible to apply.
11. All personal details and/or information given in your application either in this form or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading.
12. The Producer reserves the right to disqualify you without liability if you have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information, have failed to abide by the Rules and/or are in breach of the terms hereof.
13. In the event that you are invited to attend an audition you hereby grant all consents necessary for the Producer to film and record such audition and to use recordings featuring your image and/or voice in connection with the Programme and/or ancillary rights in the Programme and to exploit the same in all media throughout the world in perpetuity without the need for payment to you.
14. You will not, without the Producer’s prior written consent, disclose, publish or discuss with any third party, including by way of social networking sites, any information relating to the audition process, the Programme, your appearance in the Programme, the production team or any participants in the Programme nor any other information which may come to your attention during your involvement with the Programme including without limitation any information relating to ITV, the Producer or otherwise save where such information is already in the public domain.
15. You must disclose to the Producer details of any criminal convictions and/or unspent convictions other than driving offences which have not resulted in a ban or more serious sentence. You shall notify the Producer immediately if there are any criminal charges brought against you or if any information you provide in your application becomes inaccurate between now and the date of first transmission of the Programme.
16. Should you be selected to take part in the Programme you agree and undertake to enter into further contracts with the Producer and you agree to abide by the terms therein.
