TAKE ME OUT AND THE GOSSIP COMPETITION: INTERACTION INFORMATION
Opening/closing date & time:
· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and online as stated in the Take Me Out and The Gossip (the “programmes”).
· Competition closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 4.00 p.m. as stated in the programmes.
· Competition closes for entries online via the www.itv.com website no less than 3 working days after the closing date and time for entries via PRTS and SMS.
Competition draw date:
Within 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
Method & cost of entry:
· PRTS Phone - call 09012 93 99 44and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
· SMS text – send a SMS text to 60330 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 60330 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

Holiday to New York
A trip for the winner and one (1) companion to New York to include:
· Return economy class flights from an airport in London to an airport in New York (subject to availability);
· Return transfers between the airport and hotel;
· Five (5) nights accommodation for the winner and their companion at a hotel in New York on a room only basis based on the winner and their companion sharing a twin or double room;
· One (1) helicopter flight over New York for the winner and their companion (subject to restrictions and weather conditions). The helicopter flight will last approximately fifteen minutes and is available at various times during the day and includes transfers from the winner’s hotel. The winner and their companion will be required to have a valid photographic ID and will be required to check-in all hand luggage and to comply with the security requirements of the provider. The flight is based on a seven (7) passenger helicopter (subject to availability). The helicopter flight is subject to a maximum weight limit of 350lbs (approximately 158 kilograms) per passenger. The winner and their companion will be required to notify their weight in advance to the tour provider;
· One (1) brunch cruise around Manhattan Harbor for the winner and their companion (subject to restrictions and weather conditions). The cruise is aboard a sailing boat and is available on Sundays between May and October only. The cruise lasts approximately two hours and includes an open champagne bar and brunch menu;
· One (1) dinner at August restaurant for the winner and their companion up to a maximum value of $180;
· Two (2) tickets to a Broadway show of winner’s choice (subject to availability); and
· Travel insurance for the winner and their companion for the duration of the trip (subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider). The winner and/or their companion are responsible for meeting any costs related to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical conditions.
Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. The prize must be booked and taken up within 12 months of winner confirmation. The trip must include a Saturday night but cannot be taken on the following dates: 19 December 2012 to 3 January 2013 inclusive, 14 February 2013 and any public holidays in the UK. The winner must give the prize provider six (6) weeks’ notice of the date on which they wish to take up the prize.
The winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party, (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider.
Please note that either the winner or the winner’s companion must be aged 21 years old or over in order to check into the hotel. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion adhere to the visa entry requirements to the USA. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in New York, USA including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 21 years or over.
The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses and visas.
