£10,000 Super Shopping Spree!
Entry question: Answer the question stated in This Morning (the ‘programme’). Eligible entrants will be entered into a draw to win a prize.
Opening/closing date & time:
· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, red button and online as stated in programme.
· Competition closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and red button as stated in the programme. Entries made after the closing time will not be entered into the competition but may still be charged.
· Competition closes for entries online via the www.itv.com website no less than three (3) working days after the programme.
Draw date: within a week of competition close date.
Method & cost of entry:
· PRTS - call 09012 93 33 33and follow instructions; up to 5 entries per phone number. Each call costs £1.00 from BT landlines. Calls from other networks may be higher and from mobiles will be considerably more.
· SMS – text A, B or C to 83336; up to 5 entries per phone number. Each text costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.
· Red Button – Sky and Virgin Media viewers press the red button on their remote control; up to 5 entries per phone number. Each red button entry costs £1.00.
· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow instructions; up to 5 entries per phone number. There is no charge for online entries.
There is no entry via email or post. Entries on behalf of another person are void. Entries over the maximum number of entries for each method of entry or which are incomplete, inaudible, incomprehensible or not received by the closing date will not be entered into the competition but may still be charged.
Prize:
The first correct entrydrawn at random from all eligible entries will be the winner of the prize. The prize is £5,000 (five thousand pounds sterling) payable by the Promoter by cheque in the name of the entrant only.
In addition, the prize includes Argos gift cards worth £5,000 (five thousand pounds sterling) (the ‘gift cards’). Each gift card is worth £25. The gift cards are provided by Argos. The gift cards are subject to additional terms and conditions and restrictions including but not limited to the following:
· The gift cards cannot be redeemed online on the Argos website.
· The gift cards may be exchanged for goods of the winner’s choice from any Argos store in mainland UK for the value indicated but only for goods available in the current Argos catalogue.
· Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other giftcards or vouchers.
· The gift cards may be exchanged for articles of a higher price than the face value of the gift card on payment of the difference but cash refunds cannot be given for articles of a lower price than the face value of the gift card.
· The gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash and the gift cards cannot be used as a cheque guarantee card.
· The prize provider and/or Argos and/or the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept or otherwise permit gift cards to be used at any time and without limitation including those which it deems to be invalid, or which it deems to have been tampered with, defaced, duplicated, damaged or otherwise suspected to be affected by fraud.
· Neither the Promoter nor the prize provider nor Argos shall be liable where gift cards have been lost or stolen following delivery of the prize.
· The gift cards expire on 31 January 2013.
There is no alternative prize. The prize is non-changeable, non-transferable and excludes any additional costs and expenses. The Promoter is not liable for any costs, liabilities, damages or losses incurred by a winner in taking up the prize. The Promoter may vary any element of the prize. The Promoter endeavours to deliver the gift cards and cheque component of the prize within 28 days of winner confirmation, i.e. the date that the Promoter has managed to contact the winner and received confirmation of eligibility. The winner will be required to sign for delivery of the prize and security checks may take place to confirm the validity of the winner’s address. Items within the prize may be delivered separately. The winner must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition and must be a UK resident. Employees of the Home Retail Group are ineligible to enter. The winner may be required to provide proof of age and eligibility. The Promoter will only pass an entrant’s data to third parties for marketing purposes if that entrant has asked to receive marketing information from those third parties. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
The winner will be contacted as soon as practicable on or after the competition draw date on the phone number they provided when entering the competition. The Promoter will not amend contact information provided once entry to the competition has been made. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner. If they cannot be contacted or fail to provide an address for delivery or fail to meet the eligibility requirements as set out in the general competition terms and conditions, and elsewhere as applicable, or are otherwise unable to comply with these terms this may result in forfeiture of the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries.
