THIS MORNING COMPETITION: INTERACTION INFORMATION
Opening/closing date & time:
· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and online as stated on the This Morning show (the “programme”).
· Competition closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday 31 January 2012.
· Competition closes for entries online via the www.itv.com/thismorning website no less than 3 working days after the programme.
Competition draw date:
Within no more than 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
Method & cost of entry:
· PRTS Phone - call 09041 61 99 99 and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
· SMS text – send a SMS text with the keyword ‘PRIZE’ to 63335; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt or incorrect will not be counted but will still be charged. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 63335 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message.

Prize:
The prize is:
(a) Cash
A cheque for £50,000 (fifty thousand pounds) payable in the name of the winner only.
The cash element of the prize will be delivered to the winner within 28 days of winner confirmation. The prize will require a signature upon delivery. The prize provider will inform the winner of the expected date of delivery and it is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they are available on the specified date to take delivery of the prize.
(b) Car
A BMW F25 X3 xDrive 20d SE N47 2.0 in Alpine White with Black Nevada Leather interior, including first registration fee, seven (7) days’ insurance (subject to acceptance by BMW Insurance), 12 month’s road tax, £30 (thirty pounds sterling) worth of fuel and delivery to the winner’s UK home address by 31 March 2012 (subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation from the winner, including without limitation a current UK driver’s licence). The winner is responsible for insuring the car after the expiry of the seven (7) days’ insurance included as part of the prize.

(c) Holiday
A fourteen (14) consecutive nights holiday for the winner and five (5) companions to Oahu, Hawaii. The trip incorporates an overnight return flight and so the total duration of the trip is fifteen (15) nights. The prize includes:
· Six (6) business class return flights from London to Honolulu, Hawaii for the winner and their companions;
· Return chauffeur transfers from the airport in Hawaii to Villa Kakei, Kailua;
· Fourteen (14) nights accommodation for the winner and their companions in Villa Kakei, Kailua based upon the winner and their companions sharing the five (5) bedroomed villa, on a full board basis (to include continental breakfast on each day of the trip, light lunch and a three course dinner). The following drinks are included during the trip for the travelling party:
o Soft drinks;
o 75 beers per week;
o 12 bottles of wine per week (the winner may choose how many bottles of red or white wine); and
o 3 bottles of spirits (to be chosen by the winner) per week;
· One (1) traditional Hawaiian massage treatment for each of the winner and their companions;
· One (1) chartered helicopter tour for the winner and their companions;
· One (1) traditional sailing canoe trip for the winner and their companions (to include lunch and snorkelling);
· Surf lessons for the winner and their companions at Waikiki Beach, Hawaii;
Please note that in the event that no member of the travelling party is aged 21 or over the Promoter reserves the right not to provide the alcohol listed above in order to comply with US law.
The holiday must be booked and taken up between 30 June 2012 and 31 January 2014 and is subject to availability. The winner may not take up the prize during the following blackout dates:
o 15 December 2012 to 12 January 2013 (inclusive);
o 14 December 2013 to 11 January 2014 (inclusive); and
o on any other dates as may be advised by the prize provider.
Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to provide a security deposit of £1,500 upon arrival at the Villa.
The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the United States of America, including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas and/or ESTA waivers for the travelling party (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize providers. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize providers of any wheelchair or other access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, any additional travel, accommodation, excursions attractions, meals and drinks not included in the prize, parking costs, hotel charges, room service, telephone costs, internet access costs, souvenirs, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, spending money, personal expenses, passports, visas, taxes and, where relevant, any additional expenses and costs which may be incurred.
