COMPETITION INFORMATION

Faith Gift Vouchers Competition
Competition entry question:
Please answer the question as stated in This Morning (the “programme”) and follow the instructions given. Eligible entries will be entered into a draw to win a prize.
Opening/closing date & time:
· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, red button and online as stated in programme.
· Competition closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and red button at 2 p.m. on Tuesday 3 November 2009. Entries made after the closing time will not be entered into the competition but may still be charged.
· Entry via the www.itv.com website is open for at least three (3) working days after the programme.
Competition draw date: within no more than one week of the closing date for all entries.
Method & cost of entry:
· PRTS Phone - call 09012 93 99 99 and follow instructions; up to 5 entries per phone number. Each call costs £1.00 from BT landlines. Calls from other networks may be higher and from mobiles will be considerably more.
· SMS text – send a SMS text to 65430 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 5 entries per phone number. Each text costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.
· Red Button – Sky and Virgin Media viewers press the red button on their remote control; up to 5 entries per phone number. Each red button entry costs £1.00.
· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 5 entries per phone number. There is no charge for online entries.
There is no entry via email or post to this competition. Entries on behalf of another person are void. Entries over the maximum number of entries for each method of entry, or entries made or received by the Promoter after the closing date and time, or entries which are incomplete, misspelt, inaudible, incomprehensible, or not received are void and will not be entered into the competition but may still be charged.
Prize:
The first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be the winner of the prize. The prize is Faith vouchers worth £1200 (the ‘vouchers’). Each voucher will be worth either £50 or £10 or £5 or any combination of these amounts. The vouchers will be payable in the name of the entrant only. Vouchers are provided by Faith, Ullswater House, Western Avenue Business Centre, Kendal Avenue, London W3 0XA. The vouchers are subject to additional terms and conditions and restrictions including but not limited to the following:
· The vouchers expire on 31 December 2010.
· The vouchers may be exchanged for goods to their face value in any Faith store nationwide. The full value of a voucher should be spent in one visit. No change will be given.
· The vouchers cannot be used in concessions.
· The vouchers cannot be used online.
· The vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
· The prize provider reserves the right to refuse to accept or otherwise permit vouchers to be used which it deems to be invalid, or which it deems to have been tampered with, defaced, duplicated, damaged or otherwise suspected to be affected by fraud.
· Neither the Promoter nor the prize provider shall be liable where vouchers have been lost or stolen following delivery of the prize.
The Promoter is not liable for any costs, liabilities, damages or losses incurred by a winner. There is no alternative prize. The prize is non-changeable and non-transferable and excludes all other costs and expenses.The Promoter endeavours to deliver the prize within 28 days of winner confirmation. The winner must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition and may be required to provide proof of age and eligibility.
The winner will be contacted as soon as practicable on or after the competition draw date on the phone number they provided when entering the competition. The Promoter will not amend contact information provided once entry to the competition has been made. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner. If they cannot be contacted or fail to provide an address for delivery or fail to meet the eligibility requirements as set out in the general competition terms and conditions, and elsewhere as applicable, or are otherwise unable to comply with these terms this may result in forfeiture of the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries.
