Opening/closing date & time:
Competition opens on Monday 23 January 2012 and closes on Monday 30 January 2012 at 5.00 p.m.
Competition draw date:
Within 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
The winner will be contacted in accordance with the time-critical provisions set out in Clause 4.2 of the General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.
Method of entry:
Go to http://www.itv.com/ThisMorning or http://www.itv.com/Loosewomenand follow the instructions. Entrants are required answer the competition entry question choosing from three possible multiple choice answers.
Entrants may enter the competition up to five (5) times per phone number provided.
Prize:
The prize is:
· Two (2) standard tickets to see James Morrison at the Hammersmith Apollo, London on Thursday 9 February 2012; and
· A meet and greet with James Morrison on Thursday 9 February 2012 (subject to availability).
Please note that to be able to take up the meet and greet element of the prize the winner and their companion must be available during the day. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion are available to take the prize on the relevant date.
Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that James Morrison does not perform on the relevant date, or that the concert does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.
The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, accommodation, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire and personal expenses.
