THIS MORNING/LOOSE WOMEN ONLINE COMPETITION: INTERACTION INFORMATION
Opening/closing date & time:
Competition opens on Monday 16 January 2012 and closes on Monday 30 January 2012 at 5.00 p.m.
Competition draw date:
Within 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
The winner will be contacted in accordance with the time-critical provisions set out in Clause 4.2 of the General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.
Method of entry:
Go to http://www.itv.com/ThisMorning or http://www.itv.com/Loosewomen(the “websites”) and follow the instructions. Entrants are required answer the competition entry question choosing from three possible multiple choice answers.
Entrants may enter the competition up to five (5) times per phone number provided.
Prize:
The prize is a one (1) night trip for the winner and three (3) companions (including a maximum of two (2) adults aged 18 years or over in the travelling party) to Paris to include:
- Standard class return Eurostar rail travel from London St. Pancras station to Gard du Nord, Paris; and
- One (1) night’s accommodation in a hotel in Paris on a room only basis based on the winner and their companions sharing one (1) family room.
Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. The prize must be booked and taken up by 31 May 2012 and cannot be taken up during the following dates: 11 February 2012 – 18 February 2012 and 30 March 2012 – 16 April 2012.It is the responsibility of the winner to liaise with the prize provider when booking the trip.
The winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to France. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK and France, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses and visas.
