Marine Biologist experience
A marine biologist experience for the winner at the SEA LIFE Aquarium in London to include: preparing food, feeding and observing the marine life. The experience will run from 10.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., is subject to availability and must be booked and taken up within 12 months of winner confirmation, but cannot be taken in the July or August 2012.
Merlin Annual Pass
A Standard Merlin Annual Pass (the “annual pass”) for a family of four (4) (including a maximum of three individuals 12 years of age and over)to go to attractions within the group of attractions of the provider of the annual pass: Merlin Entertainments Group Limited, 3 Market Close, Poole BH15 1NQ. The annual pass is subject to availability and restrictions, and to the terms and conditions of the prize provider, including but not limited to blackout dates and times, height, weight, size and age restrictions and medical warnings at certain attractions and for certain rides. It is the responsibility of the winner to follow instructions and to abide by the terms and conditions of the prize provider in taking up the prize. The annual pass is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. The prize provider reserves the right to refuse admission for reasons including but not limited to failure to present a valid annual pass or to present an annual pass which is deemed to have been tampered with, defaced, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud. The Promoter shall not be liable where an annual pass has been lost or stolen following delivery to the winner. In the event that the winner is unable to comply with requirements to take up the annual pass, the Promoter is entitled to disqualify the winner from winning the annual pass.
Both elements of the prize exclude other costs including but not limited to accommodation, travel expenses and transportation costs, parking costs, meals, drinks, hotel charges, telephone calls, merchandise and souvenirs, personal items, medical insurance, incidental costs, expenses, gratuities and taxes.
