THIS MORNING/LOOSE WOMEN ONLINE COMPETITION: INTERACTION INFORMATION
Opening/closing date & time:
Competition opens on Monday 21 November 2011 and closes on Monday 5 December 2011 at 5.00 p.m.
Method of entry:
Entrants may enter the competition up to five (5) times per phone number provided.
Competition draw date:
Within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries to the competition.
Prize:
The prize is a voucher card to spend in participating “Malmaison Hotels” and “Hotel Du Vin and Bistros” (the “venues”) worth £250 (two hundred and fifty pounds) (the ‘voucher card’). The value of any monetary balance of the voucher card may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative prize. The voucher card is subject to additional terms and conditions and restrictions including but not limited to the following:
· The full value of the voucher card does not have to be spent in one visit. The voucher card can be used to purchase spa treatments but cannot be used to purchase health and beauty products from the spa or pay for gratuities. Please note thatthe venues reserve the right to add a discretionary gratuity to the bill.
- The voucher card expires on 30 June 2012.
· It is the responsibility of the winner to pay for the value of any item which exceeds the value of the voucher card.
· The voucher card cannot be redeemed or re-issued after expiry of the validity period as indicated.
· The voucher card cannot be used retrospectively, i.e. they cannot be applied to any purchases already made.
· The issuer of the voucher card is responsible for the redemption of the voucher card only, and the voucher card cannot be presented for purchases other than to the issuer of the voucher card.
· The issuer of the voucher cardreserves the right to cancel or discontinue the voucher cardin their discretion.
· The Promoter and/or the issuer of the voucher cardwill not be liable where the voucher cardhas been lost or stolen in whole or in part, following delivery.
Please note that all reservations are subject to availability and cannot be made on or during the following dates:
(a) 31 December 2011;
(b) 14 February 2012; and
(c) 18 March 2012.
