THIS MORNING: STYLE WARS INTERACTIVE POLL GUIDELINES
 
1.         General Guidelines
Viewers can take part in the in-show interactive poll for Style Wars by premium rate telephone service (PRTS) phone only, by following the instructions as outlined in the programme, This Morning (the “programme”). Please note it is not possible to take part in the poll via red button, the internet, email, or via any other method not provided for here.
 
Viewers may dial the PRTS number, 09011 98 98 01 to vote for Stylist A or 09011 98 98 02 to vote for Stylist B, during the times when the lines for this interactive poll are open as stated in the programme.
 
Each PRTS call costs 10p from a BT landline. Calls from other networks may be higher and from mobiles will be considerably more. Please ask permission from the bill payer before dialling. Please dial carefully and sensibly and listen to the instructions. There will be no refunds for the cost of any misdialled calls.
 
You may take part in the poll as many times as you like during the times when the poll lines are open. Poll lines are opened and closed as specified on the programme. Calls made or received outside of these specified times will still be charged. Poll line times are liable to change and ITV may suspend, withdraw or re-set the poll line at its sole discretion at any time. The poll is only available to viewers in the United Kingdom.
 
The result of the poll will be from all calls received by the producer of the programme at the time when the poll is calculated, after the lines have closed. Please note that calls which are made after the time when poll lines are open, and/or after the poll result is calculated will not be considered but may still be charged.
 
ITV cannot promise that the poll line will be free from errors or omissions nor that it will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. The system and/or service may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the reasonable control of ITV, their agents and sub-contractors, and will not be liable to you or to any other person in the event that all or any part of the system and/or service is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.
 
ITV, the producers of the programme and their sub-contractors do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any telephone network or line, system, software, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any calls not being properly registered or recorded.
 
Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts your statutory rights as a consumer. For more details on your statutory rights you should contact your local Trading Standards Office or Citizen's Advice Bureau.

2.         Queries/Complaints

1. Your Name
2. The telephone number of the phone you called from
3. The date(s) and time(s) you called when you experienced problems
4. The nature of the problem you experienced when calling
5. If possible, your telephone network operator, e.g. BT, Cable & Wireless
6. A contact telephone number if different from number 2 above
7. Please confirm the number you have been dialling.
